Youthset was founded in 2019 by Tyrone Reynolds after recognizing that teens need more than activities — they need trusted mentors, safe spaces, and people who consistently show up for them.
What started as a small group of young people looking for positive connection has grown into one of Central Minnesota’s most unique youth-serving organizations. Today, Youthset places mentorship at the heart of everything we do, surrounding teens with guidance, encouragement, accountability, and real opportunities to grow.
Through mentorship, intervention services, workforce development, leadership programs, family support, enrichment opportunities, and our Teen Center, we help young people build confidence, discover their strengths, and imagine a future that feels possible.

The New Youthset Teen Center
Building the Future for Teens
Youthset is currently expanding its Teen Center at 1415 5th Street North in St. Cloud. The expansion will create a one-of-a-kind youth hub designed specifically for teens and young adults. Plans include a gymnasium, leadership spaces, classrooms, creative studios, technology labs, meeting areas, a deli, and additional opportunities for youth development and workforce preparation.

This hands-on experience is designed for elementary and middle school youth who are ready to learn what it takes to become a young entrepreneur. Throughout the four weeks, participants will explore:

💡 Business Creation
Youth will put what they learn into action by creating their own business stand and preparing to showcase their ideas to the community!

The community is invited to come out and support our young entrepreneurs as they showcase what they've learned and the businesses that they've created! 🙌🏾
As part of the experience, each young entrepreneur will also be encouraged to donate 10% of their proceeds to a local charity of their choice, giving them the opportunity to learn that entrepreneurship isn't just about making money — but making an impact as well! ❤️
