Youthset is more than a youth organization. We are a movement built to close the gaps too many teens fall through.

Founded with a deep commitment to young people and community, Youthset exists to bridge the distance between youth, school, home life, positive role models, and opportunity. We create spaces where teens are not judged or overlooked, but seen, supported, and empowered.

Youthset’s mission is to bridge the gaps between youth, school, home life, positive role models, and the community by bringing young people together to feel empowered with choice, strengthen their leadership and skill development, and become upstanding members of their community.

Our Why

Too many teens are navigating life without consistent support, safe spaces, or access to opportunities.

We saw the need for something different.

Not just another program — but a place where teens feel like they belong.

A place where they can grow without pressure, express themselves freely, and be surrounded by people who genuinely care.

Youthset was created to be that place.

What We Do

Youthset provides a wide range of youth-centered programs and experiences designed to meet teens where they are and help move them forward.

Teen Zone (After School & Summer)

A safe, high-energy space where teens can connect, learn, and grow through:

• Homework help & tutoring

• Daily meals & snacks

• Open gym & recreation

• Creative arts & music

• Group programming & leadership development

• Weekly field trips and experiences

• Transportation to remove access barriers

Mentorship & Intervention

We partner with schools and families to support youth who need additional guidance through:

• One-on-one mentorship

• Behavior and goal-setting support

• Academic accountability

• Social-emotional development

Workforce & Career Development (TeenWork)

We prepare teens for the real world by providing:

• Job training and hands-on work experience

• Resume building and interview prep

• Professional development workshops

• Paid stipends for completed training

Enrichment & Leadership Programs

We offer specialized groups that build skills, confidence, and identity, including:

• CEO 365 (Entrepreneurship & Business)

• Young Chefs (Culinary Arts)

• True Beauty (Girls Empowerment)

• Leaders in Training (Leadership Development)

• Coding, gaming, and creative programs
